Use Statistics

Upon request p4A will provide subscribing libraries with a monthly statistical report enumerating their number of logins to the database, individual searches and records viewed.

Free Training Available

Free training sessions for library staff are now available for the p4A database via webinar. This user-friendly setup, which just requires an Internet connection and a phone with speakerphone capabilities, allows for live training sessions that include a review of the database, instruction in conducting searches, and a tour of additional content found in reference notes, auction notes and more. Multiple sessions are available to accommodate staffing needs. For a small fee, we also offer training sessions as part of library programs for the public.

Promotional Materials

Subscribing libraries are supported with promotional materials to assist in introducing the database to their patrons; these materials include a sample news release and customizable counter-top posters and bookmarks for in-library use.

Periodic Newsletter

Periodically p4A sends subscribing libraries monthly newsletter via e-mail with user tips, notice of new website features, unusual additions to the database and other helpful information. The newsletter is available to as many librarians as wish to receive it.
